Nicole Kita (b. Hamilton, Ontario) is an artist who explores the visual language of signs and symbols, working in drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and installation.

Kita is a Lecturer in the Department of Art + Film at Cal Poly Humboldt and Associate Faculty at College of the Redwoods.

Kita has worked in the non-profit sector as an educator and advocate for artists with disabilities, serving marginalized communities for eleven years.
